Adult education in our region is strengthened through collaboration among a diverse network of partners committed to supporting learners at every stage of their journey. Adult education providers work alongside career and technical centers, workforce development organizations, employers, state agencies, and community-based partners to ensure education and training are aligned with local workforce needs. By bringing together expertise in education, career readiness, disability services, business engagement, and labor support, these stakeholders create coordinated pathways that help adults build skills, access credentials, and connect to meaningful employment, strengthening both individual opportunity and the regional economy.
This matrix is a shared planning tool that outlines regional adult education and workforce system assets, including providers, services, skill-specific resources, and educational pathways. By identifying levels of support within and across categories, it supports coordination, reduces duplication, and strengthens alignment among partners.
