ImageTek Manufacturing has announced that they are expanding their operations to a 2nd site, at 36 Precision Drive in North Springfield Vermont.  The company will be moving into a 35,000 square foot space and adding 50 new jobs in this new location.

This expansion is the culmination of work over the past year and has been supported by a Vermont Employment Growth Incentive, Green Mountain Power’s Economic Development Incentive Program as well as a Vermont Training Program award.

“ImageTek has shown significant growth in the past year and we are excited about some of the new opportunities ahead of us”, said Marji Smith, President of ImageTek Manufacturing.  “This new facility will help us continue to grow the markets and customers we serve”, she added.

Bob Flint, Executive Director of Springfield Regional Development Corporation, said that the community is excited about the expansion project. “ImageTek Manufacturing has been a valued employer in Springfield for over 30 years and we believe this will help position the company for significant growth”, Flint said.  Flint also thanked RJ Kelly, the property owners, V/T Commercial and Newmark for their assistance with this project.
