Springfield Regional Development Corporation (SRDC) is a private, non-profit regional development corporation that serves towns in Southern Windsor County, Vermont.
SRDC provides assistance to existing businesses as well as those looking to start, or relocate, a business in the region. We provide guidance with site location, financing, training, permits and commercial site development and work closely with local, regional, state and Federal partners.
SRDC serves as a “one stop shop” for business services in our area. Our office hosts the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), which provides free and confidential business counseling as well as Start Your Own Business courses, and the Vermont APEX Accelerator (formerly VT PTAC), which helps companies navigate the maze of government contracting.
Our activities are made possible through generous financial support including a grant from the State of Vermont via the Agency of Commerce and Community Development, funding from several of our area towns and membership participation from businesses through the region.
