SRDC Board of Directors

Doug is the President of SRDC and the co-owner of Gurney Brothers Construction in North Springfield, VT. Doug’s father, Don, was the Founder of SRDC in 1992.

Patti serves as the Vice-President of SRDC and is a Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer for Mascoma Bank.

Nate has been a member of the SRDC Board since 2018 and is a Commercial Loan Officer with One Credit Union in Springfield.

Gene joined the SRDC Board of Directors in 2022. He is the General Manager at ImageTek in Springfield Vt.

Brian Hernon is the Chief Operating Officer of HB Energy Solutions, Inc. in Springfield, VT.

Jeff works in Commercial lines for The Richards Group. He and his wife are natives of

Springfield and are raising their two children here.
